1988. Antalya Bus Terminal. A thirteen-year-old girl, alone, boardsthe bus to İzmir. No one in her immediate family has graduated from university. There is no map.Nearly forty years later, she has sat at tables where she was often the only woman, or the only foreigner: as a partner at Accenture and IBM,as a CEO whose transformation is taught at Harvard Business School, and as the founder of an AI startup factory. Timeless Intelligence began as a letter to her two sons. It became a guide for anyone standing at a threshold: a first job, a new role, a world where AI can write the report and the presentation too. Tools change. Four things don’t: action, curiosity, resilience and authenticity. In sixteen short chapters, each built on a real moment from her life, Karakullukçu shows how these four cornerstones are laid. Every chapter comes with a self-diagnosis, a small experiment and ready-to-use prompts that turn AI into a mirror, not an answer
machine. Don’t wait for the map. Start walking. Draw your own path.
